20 Oregon Commercial Real Estate Deals That Exceeded 9M

Data collected by American City Business Journals suggests that the top 20 commercial real estate deals in Oregon during the second quarter all exceeded the $9 million mark.

The deals included a $105 million sale, as well as two that hit the $63 million mark.
The data was assembled by the ACBJ research team on behalf of the Portland Business Journal. The group collects commercial and residential real estate data and publishes it each Friday in our weekly edition. The information is available immediately to subscribers. You can click here to subscribe.
