More snow is expected to dump on the Portland region Friday.

The National Weather Service issued a new winter storm warning at 4:20 this morning, calling for an additional three to five inches of snow. According to KATU, the snow will begin sometime around 3 p.m. Patches of freezing rain are possible and, while it's quiet outside this morning, winds are expected to pick up again as well.
