Last year we moved from the SF Bay Area to Lake Oswego and chose Mark as our agent. We had met him when we were initially visiting the area and had looked at a house he was listing. We were impressed that he was knowledgable and friendly without being pushy. While working with him over several months, he was very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. He was honest about houses and neighborhoods we were looking at, always pointing out the pros and cons but never trying to get us to make a quick decision. Once we found our house, it turned out to be a very complicated transaction. Without giving too much detail, there were moments when we thought we weren't going to get it, but Mark was patient and smart in working with the seller's agent. It eventually all worked out, and we're loving the house we're in. My husband and I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell a house

We were moving from the San Francisco bay area and targeting Lake Oswego, near Portland. We had positive interviews with Mark and decided he would be a solid fit as he grew up in Lake Oswego. Mark’s knowledge of the area and being local proved to be extremely valuable. Mark quickly assessed listings for us and when we identified properties of interest, he was on site right away to video and provide insights. We identified a property of interest, and the transaction turned out to be rather complicated. After losing out on a competitive bid, Mark successfully applied pressure and coached the selling agent through a complex process to get us back into first position. After managing our way into first position, Mark then helped us tremendously as we navigated through a large number of inspection findings and negotiated favorable seller repairs and credits. Although emotions from the sellers ran high at times, Mark remained calm and collected and demonstrated a high level of competence and professionalism. We were very pleased and highly recommend him as a realtor in the Lake Oswego/Portland area.
